A Priceless Birthday Gift!

 

Today is our boss's 48th birthday. 

So what do you get a guy who has everything??????   

Blood, sweat, and tears.... that's what you give em' !

Everyday Kenny (our boss) does P90X religiously. All of us here at the office are chickens and weak so we don't even attempt it. Of course we get cut lots of slack for that so we decided for Kenny's birthday we would give him the ultimate priceless gift..... we would do P90X - ONCE !

Today happen to be the hardest of them all  PLYOMETRICS! (What were we thinking!?!?)

First we had to make sure we had the right gear. 

Next, we had to learn what to do. Just the explanation was exhausting!

Now the hard part.... the warm up!

Oh my, there is an hour time line on the screen!!!!!!!

 

Andyman decided to sit this one out, he's over there reading a book :)

 

An hour later, we were trying to locate the nearest defibrillator!

 

We survived though! 

Kenny I hope this is a birthday you will remember for years to come..... I think it's going to take at least months for us to recover!
