Fall is in the air

The air is cooler, the leaves are starting to fall and my kids are excited about dressing up and getting candy!
Monday, October 31st we took them out for trick or treating. We usually just visit the grandparents because after about the 3rd stop the kids are ready to go home and getting in an out of car seats is not the funnest thing in the world to do, especially this year with the rain.
This year Bethany was Little Red Riding Hood
Brock was a puppy dog
and Ayden was Batman
 We headed out about 6:30

Our first stop was grandma and granddaddy Lee's house

Next we stopped at "Grandma with the Gator's and then over to "Grandma at the Beach's" house

Our last stop of the night was to "Itshugrandmas" house where all of our cousins were making their last stop too.

 Grandma's beautiful great granddaughters
Little Red Riding hood did make it to grandmother's house :)
Ayden loves my grandma's nick nacs
Bucket is full so it's time to head home
The next night was Hallelujah Night at our church.
Brock and Ayden decided to change their outfits up but Bethany was so cute we had to let her be Little Red Riding Hood one more time.
The kids headed for the big slide first thing!

Next was a horse and buggy ride. Ayden got to sit in the front so he was really excited about that.
We ended the night with watching the mime team. The kids absolutely loves watching the mime team. They love reenacting the moves and singing the songs which blesses my soul.

We don't keep a lot of candy around the house so trick or treating for our kids is the coolest thing..... a little overwhelming for mom but cool for them :)
It absolutely amazes me how much my little little ones can grow up in a year. Last year my little "Power Ranger" had just entered preschool, my "Dorothy" was just letting go of the pacifier and my "Woody" was potty training (no pun intended :)
Fast forward to this year and my "Batman" is in kindergarten, my "Red Riding Hood" is potty trained and my "Puppy Dog" is in preschool.
I love my kids so much! They can drive me nuts sometimes but they are amazing blessings to Joey and I.
Happy Fall Ya'll!
