You can ask the kids at any time, rain, shine, cold or hot... "you want to go to the beach?" "YES!!!!!!"
so before school started back we headed down to their favorite place before summer was officially over.
Saturday morning everyone was ready for the water!

Brock promised that he knew how to swim and he was going to prove it to us by jumping in
but everytime he chickened out ...... until all of the sudden when we weren't expecting it.... he took off running and jumped in!!!!!
It happened so fast we couldn't even get a good picture
Next was a little r and r outside
Ayden chose some football
Bethany chose what she does best... looking absolutely adorable!
and then it was finally time for the low tide and hitting the beach!
We headed back after a wonderful time by the water
and had some snacks and more r and r
These guys really take cards seriously!
It was a great little getaway before school started!
