454 Perkins Road....

Finally the key to our next adventure was turning into place :) We put our house on the market on Saturday, March 2, 2013 

Being in March the house was not the best looking with the dead bushes and grass but hey what's the harm in going ahead and putting it out there!

 Weeks before A LOT of staging took place!

 Every cabinet, closet and nick and crannie was cleaned, organized and cleaned again. 

 We took a lot of items out and put in storage

 and tried to keep just the necessities in our rooms. 

 our bedroom was repainted and rearranged and new bedding was added.

The living room got a fresh coat of paint and some organization

We took out a few chairs in the kitchen to give it more room

 

 and kept the bathroom the same, just added a nice white fluffy towel.

 The side of the house looked pitiful 

so we did repaint it a few weeks later

  To spruce up the backyard I added colorful sheets to the patio chairs and a bright umbrella and Joey stained the deck and then 

  The next month the sun started to come out and spring came in 

and then we gave the house a little face lift by spray painting the shutters and trimming the bushes more

Four months later we are still waiting on a buyer but Gods timing is always perfect so we will continue to be patient and enjoy this beautiful view that God has given us from our front porch.
