Thursday, May 24th Bethany turned four years old!
We started planning her birthday a few months before and she said that she wanted a Rapunzel birthday.
So Rapunzel birthday she got!
for Breakfast that morning we had her favorite, waffles.
For her birthday party she chose to have it at Chick fil A again. This was music to my ears because
Chick Fil A Parties are soooooo easy!
Each guest got a cup filled with goodies. The girls got tiaras, which was great because May 24th is
National Tiara Day!
They boys got cars in their cup
We stayed with the Rapunzel theme
and Bethany changed over to her "evening tiara"
Everyone started arriving at 6:30 and the party was on!
she has to always put her hands on the cake
and "taste test"
for dinner everyone had chicken nuggets, fries and juice
Cake! Bethany's favorite part of a party!
Now cake just wouldn't be complete without ice cream!
and look who showed up!? the baby cow that Bethany met at Girls Night Out!
the kids weren't scared of her at all
After presents we packed up and headed home with all of our cousins!
When we got home that's when the real fun began! We got to really tear into the gifts and start playing with them.
she got lots of dress up clothes, money, a slip and slide, Barbies, clothes, shoes and cowgirl boots!
She even got to decorate her own shirt and Ayden was sweet enough to write her name for her
4 years ago today, about 1:30 am I woke up to my baby boy Brock (who had just turned 1) throwing up. I cleaned him up, changed the bedding, loved on him and tucked him back into bed. I went over and kissed Ayden who had just turned two and just as I went to lay back down my water broke! Joey and I quietly but quickly rushed to the hospital when his mom got to our house and less than three hours later after waking up with Brock, Bethany Grace made her entrance into the world.
These four years have been some of the toughest raising three little ones, but I can honestly say they been the most blessed. Today as our little girl celebrates by being the "birthday princess" my prayer is that she knows that she's not a princess just because it's a birthday, but she's a princess because of who her heavenly father is, the King of kings. Thank you Lord for blessing us with Bethany.... our everyday princess!
