All the proud loved ones filled up the school cafeteria to see their little ones officially graduate from 1st grade.
The kids came marching in so proud. Ayden & his friend Alex were leading the way
Mrs. Weaver and Mrs. Gurganous (Mrs. G.) were so proud of the kids and talked so highly of this group of kids.
Ayden got an awards for reading, perfect attendance and principles list!
One of the sweetest moments was when all of the children read a letter outloud that their teachers had written them. Just one year before these children did not even know how to read hardly at all and some had just learned to speak English and to hear them reading so beautifully, it was amazing!
Afterwards the kids had a little reception
Mom was quite proud of her first born!!!!!
We picked Bethany up from her preschool class and Ayden's preschool teacher Ms. Regina was there to tell him how proud she was of him. (priceless!)
We headed home with a rising 2nd grader in the car that day!
